We are delighted to remind our kind and loyal supporters as well as new friends and acquaintances that the Lobster Quadrille funerary bus will be rolling into Pittsburgh this weekend to share the stage with the revered composer and performer Daryl Fleming (in the company of a scintillating set of musicians appearing as The Public Domain) and the perpetually adored Local Honey. Pittsburgh is always kind to us and we anticipate a raucous evening. Our special thanks to Daryl for hosting us, to Ben Tucker for arranging affairs, and to Kelly McDonald for playing hostess.
The next Saturday will find us back home in Rochester at the Bug Jar (our home away from home at home) for the CD Release Ball! This is going to be a very good time. Daryl Fleming will be there with full band, there will be live sets from DJ Ishumael and Schwindler, and The LQ will basically be playing the CD through, with a couple of surprises and some vaudeville-type capers with Tom Clifford Tom Clifford. Dandy up and button down, brothers and sisters!
